I have a Vodafone phone that has to go back in within contract due to poor Network Access. I’m not able to get a new phone until the old one is recieved by Vodafone. I have loads of numbers saved to SIM that I need to keep and have no idea of how to do this as I presume that Vodafone will also want the SIM card back aswell.
Apologies for appearing thick, but help would be great.

2.There is an option in every phone for transferring contacts in the sim card to the phone.
That’s all I can think of.
