I design a lot of Art log’s. First I draw the design free hand and then i scan the design onto the PC. Your PC should have software as part of your Microsoft package. If you have Micro’ works then you have the tools to create a new logo. Once I have the design in a rough format, I play around with it. until i am satisfied with its concept. You can then enlarge it or shrink it, cut and paste onto/ into another page or window or just print it off’. You can buy a Design and Arts CD and install it. But, I prefer to do my own work and to keep each concept original.

You probably meant software, but if it is still hardware you are looking for, I’d suggest a trip to Michael’s or Hobby Lounge, you should see some products by Cricut. They are pretty expensive, though — run about $400 or more, depending.
There are other brands as well (I think) so look around.
