Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huawei E220 Usb Modem!!?

Hi all,
I need urgent help!!
I’m running so low on cap I need to type this question whilst I’m offline!
Why you ask?
Because my Huawei E220 7.2mb/s USB Modem is downloading something like crazy! It’s insane, 30 MEGABYTES in 30 SECONDS!
And it JUST DOES NOT STOP!!!
I have no idea what do do - I’ve re-installed the software, I’ve re-installed the firmware, I’ve rebooted my pc several times, I’ve used a different sim card, I’ve even tested it on a different pc , AND STILL THE SAME RESULT!!
There are absolutely no settings in the application needed to run the Modem (Vodafone UK), and I’m starting to panic, as I need to send a ton of e-mails within the next hour, or I’m in deep s**t!
PLEASE HELP!!!!

It could be that it’s trying to update something on your computer/laptop or what ever device you are using. If your using a laptop/computer i’d press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and take a look at whats taking up alot of memory on the PROCESSES TAB.
I’m pretty sure its trying to update something, not quite sure what it is because details are still a little vague.
