How Do You Mod A Green Laser That Don’t Have A Potentiometer ?

Several ways.
If you double the input wattage, you should get a corresponding increase in output, unless you blow the diode.
Also, you could build a metal trough, fill it with CO2 gas at a temp of about -80F, run a current diagonally across the gas, then use your green laser to ‘pump’ the CO2 laser. You’d get a measurable output increase.
Sci American in the 70s had prints and instructions for assembling a CO2 gas laser like I just described. I doubled the size of the trough in all dimensions and burned wallpaper…
Then the house breakers all tripped…

There is no legitimate reason why anyone should have a laser that is more powerful than a 5mw. That is all that is necessary for any Astronomical use. Anything more is pure malicious intent and the miss-use of it is the sole reason why they all will be outlawed and illegal one day in the future, and ruin it for all of us who use them legitimately for teaching. I hope that yours breaks while you are messing with it.
