What Is This “guestmsg” Feature In Yahoo! Messneger? I Can See It In System.xml Of Cache Folder. Hack Yahoo!

I have enabled Userchatrooms feuture of Yahoo! Messneger by editing the system.xml file and making it read-only. But there is another feature disabled. That is “guestmsg”. What possible could this be? I have enabled it but can’t see any change.
The following is the content of a normal system.xml file.

I changed the value from 0 to 1 for all of them and the “User Chat” got enabled.

    these r yahoo messenger`s tools,,Guest Msg is a guest message if its eneable ,u`d recieve a message from yahoo wheneevr u signin to yahoo messenger, like Yahoo insider coems up when u sign in,,,
