I’ve unlocked my iPhone with the jailbreak firmware to use on the Vodafone network in the UK, and the Vodafone network name is displayed with a signal in the top left hand of the screen, but when i try to make a call it just says call forwarding activated and i get a dead tone ?
Any idea what i have to do to resolve this ?

you need to ring up vodaphone and explain everything. I did that and it still wouldnt let me so for my troubles i got a free new phone. It was crap but it was free so i didnt say no!!
