Why Is It That When You Send A Note To Yahoo About Someone Hacking Passwords, Yahoo Does Not Respond?

I wrote to yahoo 2 weeks ago and advised about someone from a chatroom is hacking passwords of other people’s messenger then sending weird messages to the people on the buddy list. I also gave the hackers screen name. I am not the only person who was hacked by this same person. To date I have heard nothing back from yahoo regarding this.

    Normally Yahoo Doesn’t respond to most of question. as they got various mails a day. They may or may not correct your problem but doesn’t send a reply.

    Probably because they get thousands of emails every hour.
