How To Stop Hacking Of My Internet Connection To Other Computers?

I have a home desktop and internet connection from cable and everytime I shutdown my pc it displays that someone is logged on to my computer. How do i make my computer secure that no one hacks my internet.

    Whenever I see this message, it’s because the computer has sat idle for some time and Windows has reverted to the login screen. The user is still logged in even though the computer is sitting at the login screen, so Windows warns you that maybe the user was in the middle of something. If this is what is happening to you, your computer is fine and there is no problem.

    Go in your control panel and click security center and turn on your firewall.If that does not work the buy a anti-spy protection disk and scan your computer if you have any spy items on your computer first report the spy awre and then delete it
