If Alonso Remains At Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes?

Author: admin  //  Category: Uncategorized

what is your opinion if he stays … I think Hamilton will pour water into the electronic box of Alonso’s car, and the Alonso will retaliate by putting sugar into Hamilton’s fuel tank, you basically get the idea of what may happen back and forth eh….

Well there’s two options, play like boys and sabotage each other, Welcome WW3 or make like men and play nice. Hopefully they’d learn their lessons but hey, if they do that, it might be fun to watch. Btw, love your screen name, gave me a good little chuckle!

If Fernando Alonso remains at McLaren (and I seriously doubt he will), it won’t be to drive a Formula One car, rather he will be playing silly mid-on (or off) for the McLaren factory cricket team.
Rumour has it that Martin Whitmarsh has already recruited the disgraced Nigel Stephney, who will be the wicketkeeper as well as the opening batsman, also Mike Coughlin will return to do a spot of fast bowling and text messaging.
Darrell Hair will be the umpire when McLaren play Ferrari (with Australian engineer Chris Dyer, Rory Byrne and Ross Brawn) in a Twenty20 match at Egbaston, just before the 2008 British Grand Prix.

too much ego and talent for one team

READ MY LIPS Alonso will not be with McLaren next year, in fact don’t be surprised if he isn’t any where near an. F1 car

If Fernando stays at Mclaren, then may God have mercy on the team! I don’t think Ron can handle having to go through another year with them together!

Toyota may take him…. but if he stays, there is a Test Driver spot up for grabs.

alonso will be in NASCAR next season

Both Lewis and Fernando scored the same number of points (109). Alonso outscored Lewis in the latter part of the season, suggesting that, despite accusations of inequality, Alonso did manage to get a lot out of his car. It took a while, but I think Alonso is now more adapted to the McLaren car than he was at the beginning of the season. He sure has learnt a few lessons this year, and he won’t be repeating them in 2008. If he keeps up his performance and betters it, I don’t see why he couldn’t beat Lewis fair and square in 2008. I think he knows that, and feels confident that, if he stays at McLaren, he will have another shot at the title.

I think there’ll be some issues arising, even if Alonso does manage to get used to things there. Lewis and Alonso don’t get along and Alonso has complained more than once that he doesn’t get the treatment he deserves as a world champion.
Despite claims that they are both alright with each other, I think they are just saying it but obviously it’s not true. I don’t think Alonso will want to cause any more controversies. His involvement in the Stepney case was bad enough to sour his relationship with the team and Ron- he’ll want to make a good reputation with them.

    Never gonna happen I think.
    1) Mercedez have vetoed him.
    2) FA had not changed his stance towards Mac at the end of the season, how is it going to change dramatically in winter god knows.
    3) Lewis performed exceptionally, there is no way he will be made No2, there is no way FA will be prefered next season.
    4) Flavio has welcomed him to Renault, No1 status. Only the financial part is remaining to be seen.
    5) Ron Dennis would never forgive FA for losing both the championships.

If he stays, I think it will be trouble. I think he won’t stay because he didn’t think he was treated fairly for a double world champ. Alonso also did great testing work for Mclaren and he probably felt Hamilton got the benefits.
He can stay of course. After French GP, Alonso scored I think 15 pts more than Hamilton, despite all the talk of favoritism, sabotage, spy scandal and qualifying penalty at Hungary.

Both drivers have learned a valuable lesson this season from everything that has gone on. I think they will put all that behind them so that they can focus on racing.

they might pee in each others tanks or put chili powder in each others overalls. maybe the team will take all the doors off Fernando’s part of the garage/motorhome. i think they will defo hide the crowbars and things in case there is a full on fight. it must be really hard to get blood off the overalls.
seriously though, i think he will stay. not 100 percent, maybe 60/40. we should find out next week hopefully

Haha!!! I don’t think they’re able to tolerate each other any longer. If Alonso stays, both have to keep their cool but that would be pure torture. THey might even forget that their sport is F1 and start playing bumper cars. Ron Dennis will be pulling his hair out and the PR dept will have to work overtime trying to contain the situation. Basically, the team will suffer the most from this partnership.
