How Do You Kill A Yahoo Account That Someone Hack And Is Using With Your Picture On It?

Some one hack into my account that I’ve been using for years and I cant do anything not even change the password, and my picture is still on it and who ever it is change it so it is not in english only my old account name. I’ve ask Yahoo twice for help but never got a response maybe they just dont care!

    Best thing to do is e-mail yahoo and let them know what is happening ,and get them to shut it down.they will proberly ask you some security details ,like your old password and so on.
    be quick tho because they might ,change your detail and use your account for fraud .
    ok you have e-mailed yahoo ,doesnt suprise me they havent responded ,
    sorry cant help from here . better off forgetting about it and open another one

    yahoo! is so retarded in their way of helping people. there is no default way when the security question fails or the password gets changed by a hacker. they seem so unwilling to try to help and those damned automated responses dont help at all
